This ugly calculator is pretty great for Solopreneurs:

• It forces you to write down a short list of things to do
• It forces you to think about the time cost of each task before starting
• It forces you to audit your workday and see how accurate your estimates were using a simple formula:

This simple calculator is not the "ultimate" thing.

It should be part of something bigger in your workflow.

I use it with pen and paper. It's in Notion and as an Excel file if you are not into Notion.

It works. It takes almost no time.
